Delivery time counts from payment and from receiving everything we need from you (text, logo, photos, access).
Revisions are unlimited until you are satisfied, as long as they stay within the original request. New features or a bigger scope get a new quote.
Refunds must be requested by the client through the contact page, with the order ID and the reason. DoneInChat management reviews each request and decides. Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal.
Your files and details are used only for your order, never shared, and deleted after delivery.
We may decline any request that is illegal, harmful, or not something we can deliver at high quality.
